Møller polarimetry with atomic hydrogen targets
A proposal to use polarized atomic hydrogen gas as the target for electron beam polarimetry based on the Møller scattering is described. Such a gas, stored in an ultra-cold magnetic trap, would provide a target of practically 100% polarized electrons. It is conceivable to reach a ∼ 0.3% systematic accuracy of the beam polarimetry with such a target. Feasibility studies for the CEBAF electron beam have been performed
Is the signal from Cyg X-3, as recorded in some underground experiments, real?
Most of the excitement concerning the underground detection of signals from Cyg X-3 comes not from astrophysical grounds, but from the contradiction with surface experimental data. Believing in the Cyg X-3 signal underground and also that the main processes of muon production are well knownm the conclusion was drawn that the signal in EAS Cherenkov or counter experiments could be remarkably high, which is not the case. Possible solutions to this discrepancy are discussed
Short perturbations of cosmic ray intensity and electric field in atmosphere
Short perturbations of cosmic ray intensity were found to be a common phenomenon. Its meteorological origin and correlation with electric field is established. The phenomenon can be explained by the electric field if the strength of this field at high altitudes is much bigger than the measured one at surface
The future of the implemention of confiscations in rem in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
This article analyzes the future for the implementation of the institution of property confiscation in rem in Belarusian civil legislation. It is considered as one of the methods to combat corruption crimes. Based on the research data, the scheme of the in rem confiscation procedure and the principles of its application are determined here

Variations of cosmic rays according to the data of interplanetary probes Zond-3 and Venus-2
Cosmic ray intensity variation measured by Zond 3 and Venus 2 interplanetary probe
Angular distribution of muons produced by cosmic ray neutrinos in rock
Measurement of the upgoing muons flux, produced by cosmic ray neutrinos is aiming at: (1) search for neutrino oscillation; (2); search for extraterrestrial neutrinos from local sources; and (3); search for any hypothetical neutral penetrating radiation different from neutrinos. Experimental data of the Baksan underground telescope on intensity of upward muons for three years of living time, was analyzed having in mind mainly neutrino oscillation
Energy spectrum of cascades generated by muons in Baksan underground scintillation telescope
Spectrum of cascades generated by cosmic ray muons underground is presented. The mean zenith angle of the muon arrival is theta=35 deg the depth approx. 1000 hg/sq cm. In cascades energy range 700 GeV the measured spectrum is in agreement with the sea-level integral muon spectrum index gamma=3.0. Some decrease of this exponent has been found in the range 4000 Gev
